1. All windows and doors are locked and secured.
2. The water pump is turned off in the ski room.
3. Set thermostat box switches to OFF position.
4. All lights are turned off except the outside lights on the timers.
5. Stove, griddle and oven controls are off. The pilot light on the oven should be on.
6. The propane grill outside is turned off at the GRILL AND TANK.
7. All fans are OFF: kitchen, bathrooms and by the bar.
8. Fireplace and wood stove doors are shut.
