To help keep the dues reasonable, the members perform most of our cleaning, maintenance, and repair on the Chalet. There are also weekly clean-up duties assigned every weekend during the ski season.

Active members are required to attend two "Work Parties" at the Chalet each year, which take place from June to October, when we "work" on the Chalet.

Guests are welcome at work parties - it's a great way to meet the members.

Social Activities

Members and guests also pay a nominal fee for all social parties, usually around $15-25. Guests attending a party also pay additional bunk fee.

Various other social activities (e.g., trips, theater, Rockies Games, etc.) may each have a cost associated, however, many activities are also free during the year.

Additional Bunk Fees

Active members can optionally reserve an assigned bunk for $100 or $150 (upper and lower bunk, respectively) for a year, after one year of membership. Members with a reserved bunk must be present at the Chalet by 9:00 p.m. (7:30 p.m. on Saturdays) to claim their reserved bunk.
